We know efficiency is often compromised by the time it takes to “go up and down the chain of command”. We believe the “vertical, high tower, cumbersome” style of organizational structure is obsolete and can result in slower response times for providing solutions. Our staff is empowered to know their goals and objectives and deliver solutions directly to the client. Not only does this method eliminate cumbersome decision-making and approval processes, but also ameliorates associated stresses.
The financial benefits of our minimalist organizational structure may be reflected in staff earnings. We do not have stock holders, investors, excessively high overhead and operational costs, and other excessive costs that usurp company revenues. Our organizational structure allows us to have lower costs when compared to similar companies. This allows us to be more competitive when determining compensation.
