About us

Our organization is led by Founding Member, Clifford Carson. Clifford (Cliff) graduated from Columbia College of Columbia University in The City of New York. In this Ivy League setting his appreciation for high standards and excellence developed. Little did he know future United States and worldwide leaders in government and business were his classmates, friends, and peers. Former United States Attorney General Eric H. Holder, former Governor of New York, David Patterson, the Prime Minister of Estonia, former Nigerian Foreign Minister, and many others have gone on to great achievements in many fields. Beyond the Ivy covered walls of Columbia, in New York City, Cliff developed many relationships, while still in college, Such relationships helped build his present foundation. One standout relationship was with Ira Haupt (skip) of the Haupt Brothers brokerage firm on Wall Street. Cliff was befriended by Skip while both were active in a civic organization led by Ira. Cliff frequently visited the Haupt firm,, and was well received as a member of the family. Cliff began his journey into the business world on Wall Street in New York City at a leading brokerage and investment company. At that time he was one of the youngest professionals on Wall Street. Additionally, Cliff developed personal relationships among leaders in diverse areas, i.e., arts, culture, medicine, law, politics, government, and business, These foundational experiences helped shape Cliff today. As a result of his favorable experience while attending Columbia and living in New York City, a Columbia family legacy was established. Immediate family members followed in his footsteps by attending Columbia.

While at Columbia Cliff studied law and was taught by leading scholars in different areas of law. One such professor was Alan F. Westin, the author of numerous books on Constitutional Law. Additionally, Cliff received advanced training and studies in the Masters of Business Administration program with a concentration in finance. He also attended and studied in the Masters of Divinity program at one of the nation’s leading educational institutions in Massachusetts. Two mentors and friends of Cliff , Peter Lawson Jones, Esq. Harvard College ’75 Harvard LAW’80, and Wayne R. Curtis, Ph.D. Harvard College ’76 Columbia GSAPP ’89, have had a lifelong positive impact upon Cliff to this very day. The pursuit of excellence is a trait that starts with our leadership and extends throughout our organization. We bring the same passion and culture when providing services for your business. Our organization is committed to giving you our very best. Anything less is unacceptable!

The Culture

Education, experience, and associations are important and valuable in business. However, character is a most important aspect of business. Our leadership places a priority on honesty, integrity, and equity (fairness). In our organization being of good character is a requirement.

WE ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE……

We do not publicly advertise for business clients or staff. Intentionally, we do not use social media for business purposes. We utilize a network of proven and time tested entities that have a history of success, high achievement, and excellence. This practice increases our likelihood of having “the best and brightest” talent to help us achieve your goals. Similarly, our clientele originate through the same networking approach. We select our clients based upon network relationship. If your business becomes our client, you are positioned for success. You will win because” It’s a fixed fight”. We know the outcome from the beginning. However, “Talk is cheap” and anyone can say anything. Put us to the test and see the results for yourself!

Win, Win, Win…

Strong communities are the foundation for a strong nation. Individuals and businesses are the “backbone”” of a community. Part of our mission is to foster development and growth in American traditionally disadvantaged communities. In some cases clients may not have the resources to meet the cost for our services. At times, individuals and businesses need help to get to the “next level” but lack the financial means. The lack of access to capital often poses a barrier to success. This is particularly true among communities of color and women. Therefore, if after our determination, we accept your business as a client, cost shall not be a barrier to receiving our services. In some cases, we will show you how to gain the capital needed to meet costs (including for our services). This policy is a win for your business, a win for your community, and a win for us. We believe it pays to do good. We are capitalist, not a social services agency. However, in some instances, we may generously provide goods and services at no cost to the recipients. It is our privilege and pleasure to be of service and help those in need.
